This hotel was welcoming, warm, and set in the ideal location, plus the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, I had a great stay, would return and recommended it to others. My room was clean, extremely comfortable, soundproof and very warm and cosy during the cold nights in Cusco. I loved the traditional style, the roof terrace, delicious breakfast and hot tea available 24/7. This was the ideal place to retreat to to help me acclimatise. The location is great, a 10minute picturesque walk to Plaza de Armas, and close to San Blas, so you get the best of both worlds with all museums and sites near by and great restaurants. A special thanks to Aitne and Rosie, who were front of house and gave me excellent recommendations for my stay and made me feel at home, and Willie who was a friendly face at breakfast in the morning (I was not asked to say this, I asked for their names as I was so appreciative of their service).

Great location - quite quiet but within easy walking distance of Plaza Mayor de Cuzco. Also within the quieter area of San Blas which has lovely bars and restaurants. The staff were really helpful and organised taxis for us to and from the airport, and also box breakfasts when we had to leave early for trips. We were also able to leave our bags at the hotel overnight when we went to Machu Picchu. There was someone on the desk 24hrs so always available if you needed help. The hotel has a rooftop bar with beautiful views of the city and surrounding landscape. Very good breakfast served from 7-10am, and tea (including coca for altitude sickness) available all the time in the "lobby".

Perfectly located in the heart of the colorful and vibrant San Blas district, it’s just a 10-minute walk to Cusco’s main square. The staff were incredibly attentive, offering exceptional service throughout my stay. The room had consistently hot water, a reliable heater, and one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve experienced in Peru. I stayed in Room 301, which opened onto a balcony with stunning views of Cusco city and the surrounding mountains. For the price, I truly couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this hotel—easily 5+ stars!

Loved our room! Was comfortable, nice size and very quiet. We had the ‘spacious double’ for three nights and then had another night in a regular double after a multi day hike which was also comfortable. The spacious room was our preference. The staff was helpful, breakfast tasty and it’s in a good location, near nice restaurants / cafes and close enough to the main square for ease but far enough away for a peaceful sleep / rest. My husband loved having a TV with good channels and could even watch a football game from the UK!

This was the best hotel we stayed during our one month trip in South America. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Location is great, close to everything yet quiet. Spectacular staff, very nice people that made our stay unforgettable. They saw my wife’s birthday on her document and made a surprise birthday cake which was very thoughtful. I can not recommend this hotel enough.
